THE RULES – WHAT WE TAKE BACK AND HOW TO SEND IT BACK (The following relates to online orders only)
3 Wise Men is committed to try and make this whole experience a good one, in fact one of the best.-If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund the product. We will also ship your exchange request back to you free of charge. Simple.
Exchanges and refunds will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase. All items can be refunded or exchanged provided they are returned in the same condition as you received them in (including sale items).
RETURNS PROCESS If for any reason you would like to return your product to us please follow the simple steps below:
- Click on this link to fill out our return & exchange form: returns.3wisemen.co.nz/form
- Complete the exchanges & return form.
- We will then email you back a prepaid courier ticket - book your pick up via the email or drop off to your local depot.
- Pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Attach the courier label and await for this to be picked up (please allow 1-2 workings days after booking)
- We will advise the return instructions (at our cost)
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
- 3 Wise Men will cover the cost of the return shipping to you.
RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS TO ONE OF OUR STORES
Can’t wait for a courier to pick up your items? no problem you’re more than welcome to exchange or return online orders at any 3 Wise Men store within 30 days of receipt.

Just bring the proof of purchase and all of the packaging and they will exchange for you. If you want a refund of your online purchase our online team will process this within 48 hours.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3 Wise Men returns department operates Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm. Once your order is received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours.
3 Wise Men will not accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please note that if you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to 3 Wise Men in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, 3 Wise Men will not exchange or refund on underwear or swimwear.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET DELIVERED?
All NZ orders are dispatched from Auckland via PBT and should be delivered to your address within 2-3 working days after the order is processed. Rural delivery addresses may take a little longer. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address in NZ mostly because we are not allowed to but also because they are usually quite small and we don’t want to crease your lovely new shirts.
International orders are sent via DHL unless requested otherwise. Please email - firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange different international delivery. If this is requested, there may be additional courier charges.
When your order is processed and dispatched we will advise via email the date it left Auckland and a tracking number that can be watched via the PBT or DHL website although we’ve done that and it’s not exactly riveting viewing.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO GET PROCESSED?
We try and pick and process your orders on the day it is received, however from time to time we will need to fulfil your order from one of our stores, which means your order can arrive in two shipments. If this is the case with your order you will get a notification letting you know.
IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED TO BE FULFILLED?
From time to time a shirt style may sell out before your online purchase is processed. If this does occur we will contact you and suggest an alternative or simply remove that item from your order and charge your credit card accordingly.
