3 Wise Men - Father's Day Giveaway
- The Promotion will run from 21st August 2024 to 1st September 2024 11.59pm NZT (the “Term”).
- Any entries outside of the Term may not be accepted.
- The promoter of this Promotion is 3 Wise Men.
- The Promotion listed above is referred to in these terms and conditions as a “Promotion”.
- Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Signing up to the 3 Wise Men database via advertising on Facebook & Instagram is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The promotion is open to New Zealand residents (people living in New Zealand) aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, any agency involved with this Promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter.
- Entry into the Promotion consists of signing up to the 3 Wise Men email database during the Promotion Period.
- Once the Promotion Period is completed, one winning entry will be picked and announced.
- No entries will be accepted after the Promotion Period closes.
- The prize is a year's worth of shirts from 3 Wise Men (12 total, one per month). Shirt selection depends on stock availability; we may choose for the winner if necessary.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The prize winner(s) will be contacted by the Promoter within 2 days from the end of the Promotion Period. - If the winning entrant(s) does not supply their contact details, including contact phone number and postage address, within 7 business days of being contacted, and reasonable measures have been taken by or on behalf of the Promoter to make contact, the prize will be given away to another selected entry from all remaining valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
- In the event that any of the elements of the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter will endeavor to replace the elements of the prizes with substitute prizes of equal or similar value in the Promoter’s sole opinion.
- The Promoter collects and holds personal information provided by entrants for the purposes of this Promotion and for future promotional purposes. Failure to provide requested personal information may disqualify a person from being able to receive a prize. All personal information provided by entrants will be held by the Promoter. Under the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any such personal information by sending an email to contact@3wisemen.co.nz.
- The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions at any time.
