Wedding photos last a lifetime and there’s plenty of time to let yourself go after the big day, so take the time to shred for your wedding and look like you did when you first met the love of your life.
Keep a food journal. They’re a pretty good way to keep those sneaky pies in check as well as keeping you honest.
You are what you eat. So, eat protein and good fats as opposed to beer and hamburgers. Especially for breakfast.
Sleep. Super important. Yep surprisingly, spending the wee small hours of the morning out partying is not good for your weight.
Lift weights. Cardio is great but throwing some tin around is great for core strength and fitness. You might even discover a few of those old muscles that went walkabout a few years ago.
